Neapolis Property Price Index 2023Q1

We are pleased to announce the release of the Neapolis Property Price Index (NPPI), published by Neapolis University Pafos. The index is currently monitoring the price trends of residential properties in all districts of Cyprus.

The NPPI is a transaction-based index (actual sales), derived through the hedonic regression method, and it has been developed based on a peer-reviewed research article (https://doi.org/10.1080/09277544.2023.2236175).

We aim for transparency and to make a meaningful contribution to the macro-analysis of the local real estate market.
